Small empty condo staged to sell.

I found armless chairs which help to give a feeling of a larger space plus they were a great price.

Created a larger space by utilizing small scale furniture.

Using white furniture and bedding always makes a bedroom feel larger than it is.

A "pop" of color in a small porch lets the potential buyer visualize a relaxing setting.

For a pop of color I brought in a bright pattern in the chair and pillows.

Condo is on the water but did not have a coastal look. I had to work with their furniture also.

Decided to paint with super white to brighten, found great tables from a local person selling them for $120.00 for all three and used their area rug from their porch. Blue and white pillows add pop and brightness

Ceiling and walls were all the same wood and made the room look too dark and small. Also was very dated.

I decided to paint the walls super white and do shiplap on the ceiling. It looks so different, bright and up to date. It even gave their dining table new life. The clients loved it

I did not purchase any new furniture for this transformation. I switched out the furniture with the bonus room upstairs. This furniture gave it a lighter and larger feeling.

Knocking the wall down and opening up the kitchen modernized the house.

An all white living room gives you a fresh, clean and formal appearance.

An upstairs bonus room can be creative and fun.

Just because you have a budget, your design does not need to look that way.

A family room should want you to kick your shoes off and "plop" down on the sofa and relax.

I love a window bench. It's a great way to add seating in a unique space.

Orange is the new black.

Overall view of a major renovation in an old Lewes Home.

Window benches can be the heart of family gatherings.

We took down a wall and opened up the space.

I had to stay within a budget and I shopped locally to create this calm yet colorful and welcoming design.

A light neutral paint on the walls brings warmth and color and is not your typical model home paint color of stark white.

Just cleaning up landscaping and adding rich mulch gives it a fresher look.
