That varies from size of your home, how much work is required and exactly what work is involved. You will know upfront with a written contract . If you are looking for just a walk thru consultation then there is a flat rate with a written recommendation at end of the appointment. It varies from client to client because just like every home is different so are the staging needs of each client.
